Welcome to Stages LLC (“us,” “we,” or “Stages”).  Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you (“you” or the “User”) understand how we collect, use and share the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our website located at (the “Site”), any web store on our Site that sells Stages audio products (the “Store”), our mobile application (the “App”), and any of our services related thereto (collectively with the Site, the Store and the App, the “Service”).  By accessing or using the Service, you consent to our collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Stages does not sell, lease, rent or otherwise disclose your registration or other personal information to a third party, unless specifically stated in this Privacy Policy.    You should also read our Terms of Use, which can be found at Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), which contains important information about the rules that apply to your use of the Service.

  • “Registration Information”:

When you register for our Service, you will provide us with your first name, last name, email address, age, photo, and mobile phone number.  Depending upon the Service, you will also provide us with samples of your voice, your credit card information, your mailing address and your billing information. Stages collects and stores this information.

You may also choose to authenticate your registration via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or other social network.  If you do so, you authorize us to access certain of your social network information. If you authenticate through any social network, you should also read that social network’s terms of service and privacy policy.

  • “Communication Content”:

You can share our App with your mobile device contacts, your Facebook friends, your Twitter followers, your LinkedIn contacts and potentially other social network connections.

If you contact the Stages’ customer service personnel or others in Stages, you provide us with the content of those communications.

If you and another User agree, you will be able to communicate with that other User and he or she will be able to communicate with you through the Service.  You will be able to send those Users personal information from your mobile device and you will also be able to receive any personal information that such other Users send to you from their mobile devices.  You provide us with the content of all such communications.  We are not responsible for any information that you send to, or receive from, any other User.  As with any mobile application or website, you should be mindful of your privacy and security when communicating with other Users via the Service.  Please don’t use the Service to communicate with third parties about sensitive personal or financial information such as passwords, social security numbers, financial information or credit card details.

We collect, store, and archive all information, data, text, voice, sound and other audio, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials posted, transmitted or received by Users of the Service.

In posting Communication Content to the Service, you agree not to provide personal information or confidential information of others unless: (i) you have obtained any required permission to do so under applicable law, and (ii) for personal information relating to others, you have informed that person that their personal information will be subject to this Privacy Policy and you have obtained their consent to this Privacy Policy.  You must do this even if an inability to obtain permission means that you cannot submit your Communication Content or other information.  By providing information to us, you are representing that you have made all the required disclosures and obtained all the necessary permissions.

  • “Web Access, Mobile Access and Usage Information”:

When you access our Service through the App, the Store or the Site, we may collect certain information automatically and store it in log files.  We collect technical information when you use the Service.

This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device, and application IDs, search terms, and other general information about our visitors.  We may use cookies, web beacon, tracking pixels and other technologies which help us better understand User behavior by telling us which parts of the Service people have visited and therefore enable us to improve the usability, performance and effectiveness of the Service.  When you visit the Service we may also collect so called ‘click stream’ data, such as domain names and page views.

When you access our Service through the App, we may collect mobile device IDs, your telephone number, your geolocation, your mobile contacts and mobile advertising IDs.  Please refer to the settings on your mobile device to determine whether or not you can reset mobile advertising IDs.

This information can be combined with the information you have generated and transmitted to or through us or provided to us by registering or creating a profile, which will enable us to analyze and better customize your use of the Service.

Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you do not want information to be collected through the use of cookies, your browser allows you to deny or accept the use of cookies.  There may, however, be some features of the Service which require the use of cookies in order to customize the delivery of information to you.

We may allow service providers, advertising companies and other third parties to display advertisements on our Service and these companies may use tracking technologies to collect information about Users who view or interact with their advertisements.

Stages does not specifically respond to web browser Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals.
